Billboard architecture forms: glazed brick 施ゆうれんが

One of the identifiable sub-sets of billboard architecture is the glossy ‘glazed brick’ style. This form seems more modern, more durable, and more expensive than the basic form.

Here’s an example from Shinagawa-ku, near Nishikoyama Station 西小山駅 (map)

And this example from Aoba shopping district, Higashimurayama 青葉商店街.

The perfect Japanese word for ‘glazed brick’ is tricky for me to find, but the following seem like the best candidates, according to their Google image searche results:
